Who we are

A little bit about Us

Serve Ghana is a Non-Governmental organization that collaborates with the Diocese of Techiman and is focusing, for now, on its catchment area because these communities/villages form part of the most deprived areas in Ghana.

Our Mission

To collaborate with the Catholic Diocese of Techiman to provide good, adequate drinking water, quality healthcare, holistic quality education and economic empowerment for the underprivileged Ghanaians, particularly those in the Techiman Diocesan Catchment area.

Our Vision

Serve Ghana collaborates with the Diocese of Techiman and is focusing, for now, on its catchment area because these communities/villages form part of the most deprived areas in Ghana. Almost 70% of about one million population in these communities live in abject poverty and deprived rural areas. Majority of them are peasant farmers and petty traders barely surviving below the International Poverty Threshold of less than $1.25/day.It is believed that if we concentrated on this area we could make an appreciable impact quickly and then we could extend to other areas with similar deprived conditions.

Our Focus

To collaborate with the Catholic Diocese of Techiman to provide charitable aid and assistance to the people of Ghana, particularly those in the Techiman Diocesan catchment area, by conducting, sponsoring, aiding and assisting programs and projects that seek to improve the quality of human life: particularly programs that foster better health care, provide safe drinking water, improved educational opportunities, economic development and affordable housing.
